Recurring shapes of FA work¶
Every task you do maps to one of four shapes.
1. Inbox and meeting shadow¶
You read and draft from day one, and take full ownership of the founder's inbox by week 2–3. Granola is on for every meeting; you turn what was said into drafted output.
- What good looks like: the founder reads only what you flag, and every meeting produces action items with named owners within the hour.
2. Venture ownership¶
You own one venture end to end for the internship. It is the vehicle for learning the business model and the engine. See ../04-fa-operating-loop/venture-ownership.md.
- What good looks like: the venture moves every week without the founder pushing it.
3. GTM execution¶
You run and improve the go-to-market system Niccolo built. The system itself is not yet documented (pending Niccolo); see ../11-living-layer/active-gtm-system.md.
- What good looks like: the system runs on your hands and comes back to Niccolo better than you found it.
4. Client and ops execution¶
Contracts, follow-ups, compliance, finance — the pure-execution backlog. You clear it; the founder cross-checks.
- What good looks like: open loops close before they become the founder's problem.
