  • Move fast, but write things down.
  • Turn ambiguity into a short doc.
  • Default to customer and pipeline impact.
  • Don't wait for perfect instructions.
  • Ask precise questions, not vague ones.
  • Always separate facts, assumptions, and recommendations.
  • Protect client data.
  • Don't promise technical delivery without checking engineering.
  • Every build should create one of: revenue, leads, distribution, data, or reusable infrastructure.
