When a task is done

A task is done when all three are true:

Check	Meaning
The founder has cross-checked it	He has seen the draft, not the blank page.
The system of record is updated	CRM, Notion, or the relevant doc reflects reality.
The next owner is notified	If anyone picks it up next, they know — with named owners.

Not "I finished my part." Done means the loop is closed. See the core loop.
