You take over the founder's inbox in stages.

Week 1

Read-only plus drafting. Draft replies into a holding folder; don't send. Learn the threads, the contacts, and the founder's voice.

Week 2–3

Take over send authority for routine items. Escalate anything non-routine before sending. By the end of this window you own the inbox.

Permanent state

The founder reads only what you flag. Everything else, you handle. By day 30 the founder no longer personally answers email — see ../01-role/30-60-90.md.
