How to refine this template¶

Swap each placeholder for the real answer once a co-founder gives it:

Day 60 and Day 90 — replace the two to define cards with the real benchmarks. Pending Simon; see 30/60/90 (open question).
GTM system (weeks 2–3) — sharpen once Niccolo documents the system; see active GTM system.
Pre-boarding access — firm up against the day-zero checklist and who grants what.
Phase detail — each phase is an instance of the recurring shapes running through the core loop. Pull the specifics from there.
