Escalation

The default path for any question or blocker:

question → current FA → Niccolo → Simon
  • Try to resolve it yourself or with the current FA first.
  • If it needs an operational decision, go to Niccolo.
  • If it needs an owner-level decision — scope, hiring, financing — it goes to Simon.

Never

  • Never go to August directly with ad-hoc questions. Route through Simon or Niccolo.
  • Never go to the engineering team directly. They are hands-off for FAs and are never assigned tasks by an FA.
