This page will document the resolved account and access state — accounts, owners, and who pays for what. Consolidating that is the FA's week-one task and isn't done yet; it's owned by the current FA. Until then, what's below is the known starting fragments.

Account and access management is the worst silo at SCAILE. The known fragments:

  • accounting@scaile — accounting and admin.
  • admin@ — user management.
  • tech@scaile.it — a different domain from the main one; Google credits live here.
  • Invoices scattered across multiple inboxes; no clear "who pays for what."

Week-one task: map this, then propose a consolidation. Once it is resolved, document the resolved state here — accounts, owners, and who pays for what.
