CRM and Twenty¶
Twenty CRM is the client and contact database. You maintain it.
Keep contacts, opportunities, and venture leads current — a stale CRM costs the founder pipeline visibility. When a meeting or thread changes a relationship, update Twenty as part of closing the loop.
Twenty is the system of record for contacts; see ../06-where-things-live/knowledge-map.md.
Twenty holds contacts and pipeline. A client's engagement — scope, deliverables, data — lives in its client-* repo in the scailetech org; see current clients and the GitHub map, and you can query the repo in Claude Code.
