When to involve engineering¶
Default: no.
| Situation | Do this |
|---|---|
| You think you need engineering | Default no — find another way first. |
| Explicit technical scope is genuinely required | Involve them, but only via Niccolo or Simon. |
| You have an ad-hoc question for an engineer | Don't. Route it through Niccolo. |
| A task would assign work to an engineer | Stop — an FA never assigns engineering tasks. |
