Who grants what¶
Status: best-effort, pending confirmation. The authoritative per-tool list still needs Simon's sign-off. Until then, use the routing below.

Default routing¶
- Route every access request through Niccolo (your primary guide and first contact) unless noted below. He either grants it or points you to who does.
scailetechGitHub org — owned by August. Reach him via Niccolo, not directly (see who-is-who.md).- Vercel and Supabase under
scailetech— granted by August / Simon; request via Niccolo. - Claude plan (Team) — added to the company account by Simon / Niccolo. Don't expense a personal plan without checking.
- Engineering surfaces (Render, Linear write access) — cleared through Niccolo; never ping engineers directly.
The per-tool grid lives in the day-zero checklist; rows marked (confirm) are these best-effort defaults.
The hard rule this enables¶
GitHub, Vercel, and Supabase access must be under the scailetech org — never a personal account. If any of the three is missing, requesting it is your day-1 priority, before any code. See vercel-render-supabase.md.
