Linear and tasks

Linear holds engineering's active development tasks.

You read it for context. You don't write to it without explicit direction — never open, reassign, or comment on tickets on your own initiative.

It is how you understand what engineering is doing without interrupting them. For why that boundary is firm, see ../07-decision-rules/when-to-involve-engineering.md.

Linear shows status. The actual change — the code, the PR, the discussion — lives in the repo in the scailetech org; go there for the what (find it via the GitHub map), and you can query the repo in Claude Code.
